We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or fill in one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to share it
• The treatment you are interested in (for example braces, smile makeover, veneers, checkup)
• Your preferred clinic branch and appointment time
• Any message you send us

We do not ask for medical records through our ad forms. Clinical information is collected only in person at the clinic, as part of your treatment.

2. How we use your information

• To contact you about the free checkup or consultation you requested
• To book, confirm and remind you about appointments
• To answer your questions about treatment and pricing

We will never sell your information.

3. Who can see your information

Only our clinic team (doctors, front desk and patient coordinators) can access your details, and only to help you with your enquiry or treatment. When you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also processes your information under its own privacy policy.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months if you do not become a patient. Patient records are kept as required for safe clinical care.

5. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just message or email us using the details below.
