Who braces are for
Braces suit teens and adults alike. There is no upper age limit as long as your gums and teeth are healthy. Common reasons people come to us:
- Crowded or overlapping teeth
- Gaps between the front teeth
- Front teeth that stick out (overjet) or a deep bite
- Teeth that do not meet properly when you bite
- Teeth that moved after earlier treatment
One protocol, every month
Braces are not one appointment: they are a plan that runs for many months. At our clinic every month of that plan is written down, so you know what happens at each visit and nothing is skipped, whichever branch you visit.
The months with big decisions, such as extractions and progress photos, are handled by our senior doctors and checked again. Your before, progress and after photos are saved in your own patient account, together with your X-rays and invoices.
Metal, ceramic and self-ligating braces
We offer metal braces, ceramic (tooth-coloured) braces and self-ligating braces, with kits from China, Korea and the USA.
The main difference you will feel is the size of the brackets. Korean and USA brackets are smaller, so they feel more comfortable in the mouth; Chinese brackets are a little bigger. Any braces feel new for the first while, and people get used to both. Your doctor helps you choose at the checkup.
How long braces take
On average, treatment without extractions takes about 8 to 10 months, and treatment with extractions about 15 to 18 months.
These are averages, not a guarantee: every patient's teeth and body respond differently, and coming to every monthly visit keeps your treatment on time.

Bonding day
The brackets are fixed to your teeth and the first wire goes in. This is month 1 of your plan.
Monthly visits
Once a month the wire is changed or adjusted. Each visit has its place in the plan, and the website counts it for you.
Debonding and retainers
When your teeth are in place the braces come off and you get retainers, made in our own lab, to keep the result.

Questions patients ask
How much do braces cost?
Braces start with an advance from Rs 35,000, and each monthly visit is Rs 4,000. Your doctor tells you which kit suits your teeth after the free checkup and X-ray.
How long will I wear braces?
On average about 8 to 10 months without extractions, and about 15 to 18 months when teeth need to be taken out to make space. Every patient responds differently, so this is an average, not a guarantee.
Which braces should I choose: metal, ceramic or self-ligating?
All of them straighten teeth. Ceramic braces are tooth-coloured and less visible. Korean and USA kits have smaller brackets that feel more comfortable than the bigger Chinese brackets. Your doctor recommends a kit after the checkup.
Do you give braces to children?
Yes, children can come to us for braces. For cavities and fillings in children we refer to a clinic that specialises in treating children.
Do braces hurt?
Most people feel pressure and soreness for a few days after bonding and after each monthly adjustment. Soft food and an ordinary painkiller usually help. The brackets can rub at first; the wax we give you protects your cheeks.
What happens if I miss a monthly visit?
Your treatment slows down, because the teeth only move while the wire is working. Message us and come at your nearest branch as soon as you can: your record is shared at every branch.
Am I too old for braces?
No. Adults get braces too, as long as the gums and bone around the teeth are healthy. The checkup tells you if anything needs treating first.
Do I need to wear a retainer afterwards?
Yes. Teeth tend to move back after braces, so retainers are part of the treatment. Ours are made in our own lab.
