What happens at the checkup
- A doctor examines your teeth, gums and bite
- You tell us what bothers you or what you want to change
- If needed, we advise an X-ray to see what cannot be seen by eye
- You get your options, a treatment plan and the costs
- You decide in your own time
How it feels to visit us
Our clinics do not feel like a hospital. The music is upbeat, the space is bright and welcoming, and our team works hard to make you feel at ease. On busy days there can be a wait, and we do our best to keep it short.
Good to bring
- Any old X-rays or reports you have
- A list of the medicines you take
- Your questions: write them down so you do not forget

Questions patients ask
Is the checkup really free?
Yes, the checkup is free. If an X-ray or treatment is needed, we tell you the cost before anything is done.
Do I have to start treatment the same day?
No. You can take your plan home and decide in your own time.
Will I see Dr. Ali Rashid?
Dr. Ali works at the Karachi branches most days and visits Lahore and Islamabad twice a month. Our senior doctors are at the branches when he is away. If you want to see Dr. Ali himself, tell us when you book.
Do you see children?
Children can come to us for braces. For cavities and fillings in children we refer to a clinic that specialises in treating children.
Which branch should I go to?
The nearest one. All branches share one patient record, so you can continue your treatment at any of them.
